The unit's Easy Eject filter system makes switching between the three included filters effortless--choose from single (7 grams), double (14 grams), and pod. Each solid stainless-steel filter offers dual-wall crema technology to ensure a rich, smooth flavor. The machine also comes with a 15-bar Triple-Prime pump that delivers three bursts of hot water into the filter head prior to extraction. This increased pressure expands the beans and helps eliminate air pockets, which allows the appliance to extract more crema for a rich, smooth-tasting coffee. When it's time to produce steam for frothing milk, the espresso machine provides a thermocoil heating element that increases the water temperature, a 45-degree pivoting steam wand with a stainless-steel frothing attachment, and a froth enhancer and stainless-steel jug for barista-style results. After frothing, its Auto-Purge function returns the water temperature to the optimal level for brewing. Other thoughtful details include a 91-ounce removable water tank, 4-1/2-inch head elevation to accommodate full-size mugs, and a warming tray on top of the machine that can warm up to six espresso cups. This espresso machine offers sun in my morning by Alexis Cordova I'm not sure why this espresso machine has such a low score (note: small sample size), but Cafe Venezia espresso machine magic since I bought this machine since Mar 2010th was a bit more complicated than my previous computer, it took a while to get everything exactly as I wanted, but now the machine is almost perfect. My only complaint would be that it looks too much water for non-coffee / milk frothing activity. I think it's to do some self-cleaning or whatever, and it is not as big of a deal, because this thing has a good amount of water, but the pan (which I will call it) seems to be filled with water rather quickly. But really, I'm just picky. I paint coffee beans with an extra fine grinder setting, and the car has never blown up on me, except for the first time I used it (All espresso machines do it for me for some reason) The frothing wand should be cleaned regularly, and if it is a strange color, but even though I now drink the poison, I welcome my delicious, aromatic death. 5 of 6 people found this review helpful. We made our special latte every morning, the best coffee, and everything worked fine ... untillll ... water began to shoot out of the soft touch as tears flowed from my face. It seemed that the car was crying with me. It is a tragic day. High Maintenance is the cover a lot of coffee only one approved by the antenna 23, this machine requires little maintenance to remain functional Each filter on each hole needs no obstructions between almost any use or otherwise cover it - a huge time vacuum. The coffee is hot, but the cream is thick and beautiful, the taste is mediocre. I wish I still had my simple kitchen-Aid that was half the price, reliability and low maintenance costs.
