I'm not a coffee snob and do not really care one way or another, the name comes from outside the machine. I do not like to disappoint strong espresso and this machine. There are a few things that I like and some things I do not like. They are: for example: - Easy to use - can grow with you, that is, if you to pull out the pressure washer damage and you want to start your own videos, you can, after some practice and is probably a better quality of cream and espresso. Bean quality grinding, etc. .. dependent. .. - Fast heat-up fast (less than 2 minutes in the morning) and steam (less than 10 seconds - good micro-foam in the boat my wife loves cappuccinos and good quality foam is happy his aversion: -. The water level sensor makes me crazy. It comes, I fill the tank, and it will not turn off. I have to mess with the container where it joins the machine to get it ... over time. I have read more than a few comments on this issue. Generally small, but annoying. - Price. I bought this machine in the Christmas special (499 w / grinder, barista kit, a pound of coffee at a discount of 30% of employees ($ 375 paid at the end). ... It's an incredible deal, which did very well worth the money. ... I do not know the full price. I love this team, but I'm cheap and I'd rather pay for quality and performance you see. This machine offers, but without the discount was made my choice more difficult. There is a coffeegeek.com great discussion about the Sirena. A guy named Wayne, also known as roastaroma, became his mission in life to break this machine apart and remove every bit of off-USEFUL. By the way coffee lovers looking for a great machine ideas can help you make a decision. Happy shopping. six months of renovation (July 1, 2008). The steam button removed about 3 weeks ago One minute I was frothing milk, the next thing I tried to get a jet of hot steam to stop ... impressive. SB I contacted and they gave me the number to their warranty dept. I called their warranty department and they told me that SB SAECO guaranteed element. Okay, so I call SAECO and was not really satisfied with the answer. First, they confirmed that the unit was under warranty .. well. Second, they sent me a form to fill in details problem with the machine. I had to fax back form their warranty department ... well so far. Thirdly, I was informed that I was responsible for packing and shipping the car to them without any refund. Fourth, they told me that if something other than the deficiencies previously sent via fax was discovered that it would be repaired at my expense. Conclusion, if something is broken during shipping, you pay for it from my pocket, along with shipping and handling you've already spent for the defective back to the manufacturer's output, I have not had much trouble to get things in the past service . SAECO warranty repair system seems a bit too involved and is not user friendly in my opinion. I have contacted the Starbucks, which I bought from the machine and the machine could replace ... but is less than ideal experience SAECO important to share. Unlike the machine still works well and is still glad I bought it. Starbucks customer consists of the problems SAECO. 27 of 27 people found the following review helpful. No self-sabotage Ren The Sirena is a bit of a learning curve, but once you realize that you are so much better without "self-sabotage" you on your way. My problem was backed up by the machine at all times until I understood that I manipulated to remove the disc and rubber even read - it made the difference between this machine and hate to love it now I can pack a lot of coffee in the basket without the things to. stroke I was also not aware of A.
