Although first used with ground espresso, who later discovered the pods. This machine comes with a sheath that does the grinding, measuring, tamping obsolete and cleaning is a breeze. The box also includes two coffee cups and saucers, a pitcher of foam and a maintenance tool. The only accessory needed is not included is a thermometer to froth milk. I bought a cheap one for about $ 5 around BB and also comes with a clip and it works very well. The machine always makes a perfect espresso with cream excellent. Be sure to follow the instructions to preheat the machine, and glasses. If hitting the milk for lattes, make sure to put the brewed coffee in your cup on the top tray for heating metal, but it really makes a difference. This machine is also easy steamed milk for Irish coffee and other drinks, this is my first pump machine. All my previous machine was the kind of steam, which is a waste of money they were! Note that this machine did not purchase through Amazon, but that is exactly unity, and that the price now offered is a bit less than they paid. But it is the ski through the Amazon, a local trader who ever seem to have in stock now. 3 of 3 people found this review helpful. Scrap! By Joe mine exploded after a month of use! He says he has 15 bars of pressure, but despite the routine was not right that the machine could not run water through! A very cheap piece of garbage with the name stamped on the Breville machine! If you buy it, you'll regret! I bought a Cuisinart for $ 100.00 with the same rating pump (15 bar), but this machine works great! Breville name used to refer to something, I think the company was bought several years ago of his reputation. This machine is a piece of shit! 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful Breville Bravo! From Ken This is my third espresso machine. I just bought a week ago and so far the best I have owned. Yes, the frothing wand does not slide out and a bit "short, but all you have to do is lift the cup to a level sufficient to reach the bottom and working as intended. For me it's as good as or better than Foam St. Bucks. The light water is a little "tight, but you can still see enough to check the level inside. It also has a removable tank for easy recharging. Once you've made beer releases the pressure and the steam used in the pot and drain for me, coming out from the side or elsewhere are not supposed to. This machine makes great espresso and much cappacinos and I recommend it to anyone. Also, if you buy and you have a problem you can always come back. Check yourself. See all 20 customer reviews ....

The service was great: one part was put in shipping (although the manufacturer was very well packed in a box!). I called and someone answered the phone was immediately helped me to understand the problem. To date, the espresso comes out hot, great with a cream, and my milk is also nice and warm (120-160 degrees Celsius, depending on how you want it) and well-foam (which means microfoam (!) No Seafoam ). With the nozzle, it is important to keep your head full of rubber (which means the fat part) dipped into the hot milk to (including air intakes on the side). Bottom line: I'm very impressed that this quality comes at this price. 288 of 308 people found this review helpful. The reviews are pretty good ... u Unfortunately, the reviews are even more negative by Jose Najas Raad know about coffee, espresso, steam machines, pumps and allows almost perfect espresso machines. This is due not to the quality of the machine, but the filters that come with double wall. That said, people who are thinking of buying this unit you should know that the same filters that produce high like the cream gets on after two or three uses, and clean, it will work (release of small holes with a needle, soaking the filter overnight in vinegar and / or running water through the filter many pressurizedboiling empty), losing a lot of unused coffee, and the worst of any ... to lose much time to do all this (which almost no one these days). I think this problem would be solved if the pump was strong enough to push through the clogged filter, but it is not. When the water pressure builds up, instead of passing through the filters and coffee, and go back down to the reservoir in the bottom of the machine (picture trying to blow up a balloon with a hole in it), wasting tons of water in the process. In addition, do not think you can clean the filter after every use ..... can not, because as I said earlier, the filter has two walls, the first with a large number of small holes and the other with a very small one. What remains trapped in the two walls will probably stay, obstruction of the small holes and makes the machine useless. Nothing comes out of the machine, even with an empty filter !!!!!!! In the end, the price seems good and the machine looks good, but, and this is a big BUT ... the end result will take the most expensive cups of coffee (about $ 25/cup, however, lost all coffee, water and time) in his life after the machine stops the production of coffee for 10 cups. and guess what? It is a work of a few seconds, but the coffee is so good! One of my daughters is visually impaired and can work without the machine and clean.

To be fair, I feel obliged to cut my opinion on this device, for one reason: regular steam machine blowgun, hand blasting steam under pressure and throwing hot liquid everywhere. If you are lucky to escape a good burn, it still takes about 20 minutes to clean and do not have any coffee. The wand is clogged, clean it carefully before you use each one explores only. I'd say this unit is very dangerous and should be remembered. (My original comment) I had the Krups XP2010, my fourth espresso machine for about 12 weeks, and I am very pleased with the performance to date. Initially it took a little 'trial and error before you can produce a given right, but after a little' practice, are easily one of the best I've ever done in the home must be to learn the correct technique, but. Things that I like are the integrated water filtration, filters for internal memory, the construction of strong, easy to clean, and compact size. Although not particularly like the quality of coffee pods ESE different, so I sampled, the holder ESE works very well, and does his best he can with what he has to work. With normal ground coffee espresso, 1 - and fired two filters work brilliantly, producing large amounts of cream and a shot in about 15-20 seconds. On the side of coffee, XP2010 works great, producing a clean cup in no time. The device is extremely simple: the coffee in a water filter, filter basket in the tank, press the blue 'ON'. The water is spread evenly on the ground while a water filter and drip system to add to the over-all efficiency of the machine, I have not had any losses on both the espresso machine or by hand, although XP2010 usually sent the excess steam in some moments its different cycles. Furthermore, note that drip tray must be emptied from time to time. In the 'room for improvement' category, XP2010 should not, have a 4-shot pitcher and a pitcher in stainless steel frothing. The steam / frothing wand is adequate, but barely - I produced more milk installed with my old Krups type 963rd Krups recommended, and I agree that it is important to preheat the filter cup, jugs, etc. Overall, I am very happy with my Krups XP2010, the set of features and construction, I am especially pleased with the quality of espresso and produces consistently. 18 of 20 people found this review helpful. Espresso Machine leaks by L Bautista For a long time for a good quality espresso machine that will not cost more than $ 500 available. We had a good work horse combo Krups espresso machine that still worked after 15 years. Hoped that this would be newer and more powerful, more refined model. Boy we are very disappointed. The coffee part works fine. Unfortunately, most delicious espresso on the gasket and even produce hot espresso. I exchanged this time, hoping I just got a bad, but apparently the Krups XP2010 is poorly designed. Shame on Krups an early, untested product release. 14 of 15 people found this review helpful. Excellent combo machine for money by News Mania I was looking for a combination of espresso machine to a certain space in the kitchen. The width and height of the unit would fit in that area. There are not too many combo machines out there, but the Krups 2010 fits the bill perfectly. It is very quick on the production of a good espresso and coffee machine works fine also fill a 10-cup pot in less than 9 minutes a critic claimed espresso-head leaked. I have not had a problem. Maybe he or she has.

Customer comments more useful than 64 out of 64 people found this review helpful. Excellent - Like most high-end products, in need of care by David DeCurtis first, this machine is physically superior to any other super automatic make-out. The top line of the Jura, Saeco and Krups are packed in plastic with steel accents the front, while the Delonghi is completely coated in steel. Engineering is very solid and has a magnificent presence in the kitchen. If you like cappuccino, you will love this machine and its really a button. However, you should use the right size cappuccino cups to get the full experience. The machine complies with milk foam and add the espresso shot so that the foam extends about 1 / 4 inch above the edge of the cup. You can change this setting, but outside the box is perfect. I never had a better cappuccino everywhere - even Italy. (I use Illy medium roast coffee). Milk container is highly desirable. I have the machine next to my refrigerator so I encamped just the milk container in the refrigerator after each use, it snaps in and out of place very easily. The espresso shots are wonderful. It is important that you take note of the grind, when you open the box before the change. You set the grind to the factory for each machine and it is unlikely that you will find a better grade. People say, super-automatic can not get a shot as good as the manual machines, but think about this machine defies this rule. To truly appreciate and understand this machine, you must read the manual and a few simple steps further before and after they use every day. First, rinse often. It should press 1 / 2 second on the button. If the machine sat for a while, rinse met before the brew master heat. After your last morning cup etc, make a flush. This is a quick and easy way to keep the machine working. Second, before and after using the milk, hold the CLEAN button for 5 seconds and blowing steam through the internal parts that carry milk. There is no other way to the milk that goes into the machine clean. If you do not, the milk will harden the machine and cause problems. You do not have to clean up after each drink only when you're ready for this time of day. Again, it's simple and fast and make a big difference. Finally, prep your machine based on its use. Do not let the machine tell you that the container is empty, fill the beans, or water to fill. Get ahead in the same way that their coffee sessions are not interrupted by these messages. Once a day or more, depending on usage, just to check everything before you start so you do not waste time or coffee. Here's an important point. If you only drink, this is a super-automatic work as much or more than a manual machine. You must prepare and clean it more than a manual machine. The super-automatic only worthwhile in terms of convenience to make the second cup and not only with this machine, you can just hit CAPPUCCINO 10 times in a row and you have 10 cups - that simple. But after 14 glasses of water you refill the empty container cabinet, over the beans, wash and clean milk tea. To me, it's all worth it, because it makes a great cup of coffee and is so damn cold. In short, I am very satisfied with this product what motivated me to write this review. What more can I say? 16 of 16 people found this review helpful. The Gran Dama Long Hard ... By Jura Capresso F9 Omega had a for a year before that went wrong - the company replaced it with a refurbished machine. I upgraded to a Saeco Jura, which was a nightmare. After visiting the shop in William-Sonoma Delonghi demo I thought it was wonderful - fully integrated, single-touch

The first shots were someone I did a little too fast (as others have mentioned) and tasted a little wattery very little cream. This problem can be solved! After the first shot, I decided to put some extra pressure on the packing station by pressing down with a solid object (I found a bottle or a cup of coffee both worked very well) with the hope that this would increase the preparation time and provide a more satisfactory opportunity. It worked, and now my pictures come out perfect, with good flavor and lots of cream. I have to give four stars pods ramming the poor, but fortunately this is something that can be solved fairly easily. August 8 found this review helpful. Excellent Pod Espresso espresso guy. I use it with my Breville 800th Good taste, and quick and easy to remove the first I was running into trouble with the sheath, but followed anothers advice and now works very well. You need to wet the filter of the first pod, then place the pod and attacking down. The moisture in the filter helps keep the pod down. Other than that works very well. REGISTRATION Buy and save ... In comparison, it takes an average of 20-22 seconds to take a picture with Illy ESE pods. Lavazza pods, which take an average of 5.8 seconds - very fast! (Perhaps coffee is not packed well enough in the shell?) When in Italy (and here at home), I drink lots of Illy and Lavazza, but unfortunately disappoint, the pods were not up to par! So I had a few weeks wait for delivery. When it came, it took several hours to read through the manual (the operation of the machine is not intuitive). It had all kinds of warnings for grinding: no beans fat, no flavor beans and so on. (You can use these beans in a separate grinding machine and ground beans in the tray. I have not tried this yet). So, I followed the instructions carefully, and for about 5 to 7 days it worked well. But one morning, after the first cup of coffee I made, I could not one second. (There was no coffee comes out of the nozzles). I try different approaches to solve the problem yourself, but eventually I called the company's representative had gone through some steps, after wasting most of my beans well, but was unable to solve the problem. To his credit, once you understand that it can not solve the problem, he offered to replace the machine itself. The way he worked, the company has released the new body and a label to return the old ones. (I had to remove all removable parts: water tank, nozzle for cappuccino, etc.) It took about a week to a new one to arrive. Upon arrival, I noticed that the beak of the new does not have feet, and the old, but I still tried to foam the milk. (I hope it works) As for the quality of coffee is not bad, but not yet a commercial quality, but the car makes a cream that is somewhat similar to a coffee shop in Europe. I've tried several different kinds of beans and concluded that the quality of the beans to make a difference is greater than the machine itself (although I beans into the espresso machine and coffee are cheap attempts, was almost as good). With or w / o caffeine (pregnancy, etc.) I love the flavor and aroma of the coffee I brewed with this machine was great. I loved it, loved it, loved it. The machine was easy to use and looked pretty darn cool sitting on my counter. The only problem I have is that the espresso side seems to have some encouragement. The buttons should be treated with some effort to get the drip coffee to start (even after 10 minutes at a party full of coffee drinkers headquarters). I thought it was just b / c my machine was so new, but has done since first use. Yet it is not so difficult, and the coffee is oh-so-tasty! 29 of 31 people found the following review helpful. We love this machine for JT Kooiker We love this machine. We have little space and have both a coffee and a cappuccino machine in this room, we had no problem mentioning the other. But we have the black plastic handle of the nozzle and have made a big difference. With him we have the bubbles. Now we get great foam. And if we are to pack the espresso and we get an excellent cream. There is a $ 100 machine that makes coffee and espresso. It will not be like a $ 1,000 Starbucks machine. We set our expectations appropriately and loved it. 24 out of 25 customers found this review helpful. Another disappointment customers! By Jeffery C. Arbenz My wife does not drink coffee, so it's fair to say, "I" was the XP 1500 as a wedding gift. Like others, the second time I have coffee, espresso-grip on the grounds of the holder of the normal pressure to turn it to crack. Customer service assured me they could not do anything if I do not get. It was two years ago and the machine was a completely new product, so there should have been talking about the age of the machine for warranty purposes, but I had no receipt as it is a wedding gift, they would not even pay the shipping for a new owner. In short, they would not move, and if I wanted a new website owner, I'd have to do to pay the full cost. I considered it very closely over the last few years to make it not that difficult. Today it broke on useless. To be fair, I've tried to make espresso and cappuccino often, but I've never been able to come to a really good cup of this machine. Other problems: The nozzle is too low. You have to angle the milk cup too much, to be useful. A half cup of cold milk into a full count of milk foam, when it's done. It is better for all products research and the one made with better materials, better Reveiws for the quality of the resulting coffee and go with a company that better customer support is one reason that "customers who bought this product also bought must choose. .. By whispering UPDATE 3: I had this espresso machine for almost two years and still going strong. No problem, because replacing the water tank. The coffee quality is still excellent. I use the machine daily and descale once every six weeks or so. I still love the coffee that this machine does - I get freshly roasted beans online from Peace Coffee and gravel once a week. This coffee is so good - much better than any coffee house can do. I would definitely buy another one of these machines is that he died. It is easy to use, waterproof, and makes delicious coffee. UPDATE 2: I found a water tank replacement pretty cheap online. It is completely solved the problem with leakage. The problem with noises and flow of the pump so I think he was dying seems up to the fineness of the grind. I did grind a bit 'bigger and stopped the jam so hard (apparently it is not necessary to press the coffee very pressurized filter holder for machines) Now it works like new! So I get up in the evaluation of 4 stars, because the tank may need to be replaced from time to time, but it is very easy if you know where to look ([...] - just look for the CE mark and model number 210) . It 'was very easy and inexpensive (10.95) to replace the tank. The new tank has a closer fit than the original - maybe it will last longer. I am a happy bunny again now I have my daily dose of espresso coffee again ... :-) UPDATE 1: Seven months of wonderful coffee, but now get all the flooding on the counter, with a lack of speed / flow of the head of the espresso. DeLonghi was no help at all in solving the problem, though the machine was still under warranty - they asked for details during the six e-mail, said it was under warranty (they manufacture date) and then told me to send the 100 miles to sort the problem, when I email a scan of my original bill (they only have a few espresso machine repair centers in the U.S.) It was cheaper for a new tank Getting third party other than the engine of the ship. So do not expect this (apparently very common) problem under warranty. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The machine is simple to use: you have two great running heated water through the coffee section to warm up (takes 3-4 minutes, including waiting for the light on top to tell you that the warming between the runs ). Then you can pop in a pod or tamped espresso filter and make your coffee. I use the Guatemalan Peace Coffee coffee beans, finely ground with a Braun coffee grinder. If I can not be bothered to grind to offer in the coming days, "I use the Lavazza Espresso Pods Gran Crema, 150-Count, 25 oz pods Both make excellent coffee, although coffee is to die for Peace! Steam milk / spray works great for me. For the critic, who said he could only get foam, it is necessary to keep the milk jug lower the wand, and at an angle so that the steam is to close the bottom of the jar. If you just put the tip of the steam wand in the milk, you have foam. If you submerge the steam wand is near the bottom of the jar, the vapors of the milk foam very little. wand Move the container to the foam the milk is heated, add foam as much as you want to steam the top 1 / 2 inches by the end of the heating process. I would recommend the Krups XS5020 20-ounce stainless steel pitcher with milk foam, because it's * just * the right size to steam milk for 1-2 large (16 oz) of milk and has a large mango, keep fingers away from the heating of stainless steel can also recommend the 5-ounce jar Rattle Ware Brew, which is the right size to fit under the nozzle espresso. I can make a long shot of espresso that fills the jar of an amount double-shot espresso (or two single-shot pods). This is the advantage.

And I realized quickly that the hunting of these things can be overwhelming! I bought my place for $ 79.99 for comfort in case I had to go back - with all the mixed reviews out there, I was tired of the election of one! However, it is more likely to do so. It's perfect for my needs! PROS: 1. Incredibly easy to use! Directions and troubleshooting pages are simple and useful. 2. Compact size, looks good on the counter. 3. Easy to clean. All parts that need to be cleaned easily separated. 4. A cup of coffee size default is set to peak - not so with many models! 5. The steam function is simple, powerful, and works well. No problems here. 6. As long as you have a good batch of coffee grounds to get this machine can turn it into good espresso! Cons: I have a small leak on my desk after use. I have not caught in action yet, but when I go back to the kitchen for a few hours later, there is a wet spot near the machine. I read a study that said the same thing, so it may be a universal problem with this product. But there is a small leak, not enough to a real problem in my eyes. 2nd I suggest 2-3 cups for wasting all the milk on your first test. This model has an auto-drip feature and you must manually tell you when to stop pouring. If you are unfamiliar with this you can end up with a couple of ugly games on the first attempt. No biggie. Look at the color of the drop. It begins as a medium brown, and turned into a much lighter brown if left alone. I would recommend the closure of one second or so after the change of lighter brown. I did a lot of perfect every time with this method all takes place within a few seconds, so keep an eye on. You may need to know: He says in the manual, but be sure to get the right size of models. The consistency of salt. The network I recommend you right at home with a grocery store or a grinding station. They taste best one, and you do not waste your money on a mystery bag that does not work well with the car. In addition, it comes with a foam launcher. You will need to purchase one separately. I bought mine at Bed Bath and Beyond - a Krups one, stainless steel, about $ 10? It fits very well. Just make sure not to get one that is too deep, or the auction does not froth milk. It is a model work plan, after all. If you do not want to use the milk as you can rotate the launcher in the corner. That's it! Definitely more pros cons. I think for the price I paid, I could not ask for a better car. I recommend this model if you want something simple and do not need lots of extras if you want something fly, go ahead and spend $ 300 to $ 3000 in one. But, I bought an espresso machine to save time and money (long, Starbucks!) And this is just for me! 72 of 72 people found this review helpful. Mr. Coffee really did their homework in this case of K. I received this Christmas Krueger of my beloved wife saw a slight advantage over cloud my weekends as my espresso machine came out several months ago. I had Mr. Coffee model before this. It has served me well for over a year of regular use before I learned the hard way about excess packaging, not the causes. After taking it around the block a few times, I must say I am very impressed with the design improvements were made. In general, this machine is a tremendous value for under $ 100 (mine was $ 75 on sale). You would really have a coffee snob (and a lot of disposable income) not to love what you get for the money (I'm a bad coffee snob) To sing this.

Customer Reviews unusable 9 of 11 people found the following review helpful. Generally satisfied with the product by Lisa DC We were worried about buying this product after reading the previous review on the warm results. Yet we read as many reviews of such machines, which we think easily have been user error. When we bought the machine, we actually read the manual carefully before doing anything. (It is not our typical style:) follow the instructions. We have more than the recommended minimum of five times the performance of the machine with just water, but had about 10 times, that until very hot - but only the first time outside the box. The coffee itself can be very good, but probably only for a casual drinker of espresso. Even for the casual Sipper like us, it is easy to pull a shot that is totally unacceptable. (Actually, my husband is less demanding, so give him the "bad" photos.) ) I know what tastes good for a nice espresso, because I want to work beside a famous Illy shop in DC, and espresso is unfortunately not the same, but it's still very beautiful and comfortable. Very tasty, if you pay attention. All in all I am very happy with this purchase. I want a tip, which means that the first 10 or so times you use the device, the filter attachment (the thing with the handle) is extremely difficult to bring their position is fully equipped to provide. Fully mounted perpendicular to the specified machine, that's nowhere in the manual. So if your machine is high, you can not completely fixed it. It gets easier after a few uses. The machine is not very high if you use it properly. Cheers! 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. Perfect price, style and size of Bookratt to change the look and size of my little European cuisine Acquired fit, I use it with the little Deca premium pillows right here in Belgium at a reasonable price. They have not yet tried to touch my cup with its own ready-made, or sanding and use my prayers, but when I do it, Illy and Lavazza will Douwe Eggbert coffee, I try the same coffee and the fineness of the effort is 9 / 10ths of the equation when it comes to filter or espresso coffee, in my opinion. They have had a bad cup of Deca still uses pads, and the temperature was right, every time, so no reason to go mad trying everything under the sun. Around the corner, there are 8 caffes I use for this, though! What I wanted was a way to get my Caffie fix, quick, here at home, without needing a degree in avionics engineer or learn the ins and outs of the machine. It was easy to use with "Quick Card" included images to adjust and move forward, and in a few minutes - voila! Warm, delicious espresso. The machine is new to me, so maybe I can eventually find some things I dislike. For now, it's exactly what we wanted at a price we do not mind paying. 4 of 5 people found this review helpful fanstastic machine, but requires skill. Lord Bach I fell in love with this machine - both its appearance and quality espresso - after it was introduced by an employee in a department store DeLonghi. He took a big blow for me in the shop: black, rich flavor, very hot, with lots of cream, and in the last week I had the same good results at home. I was skeptical about buying this camera after reading the reviews on Amazon, but I took the risk, and I could not be happier. Blows warm seem to be a common complaint in machines of this type. They come in a variety of reasons, but this pump produces 15 bars in each case all the heat you need. Rather, problems arise when the filter (the handle of the shovel-like) and your cups of espresso is not hot enough. First, start the machine with water at least once before making a sudden, every time. I also filter my cup (s) in hot water run just before use, and consequently my coffee, both rich flavor and is very hot, you can also, without doubt, a cup of coffee, which is due .

I have had many cars before it, including the popular DeLonghi. This is an amazing car, but there are some things to know. 1. All espresso machines, coffee machines and even a few, need to be initiated. If there is water in the tank, but it is not pumping, but making noise, it is likely that you have to do first. Turn the steam in the manual, and if that fails, try again. Just do it the first time that the machine, or if you somehow let dry. 2. The list that should not have a sabotage, this is only partially correct. It comes with a combo thang scoop / tamper plastic. Before you get too bored with it, I suggest you order "Tamper RSVP Terry" (probably announced on the same page). This is less than $ 7, and the small holder is the perfect machine. 3. Some reviewers have knocked this machine because the "filter is clogged always" Here's a news flash is that all espresso filter is clogged, if your turbine may get too many penalties. You can pre-ground coffee (I recommend Illy and Lavazza InBlu) or you can give yourself a good grinder (do not be great, as long as it grinds evenly * *). If you are going to grind too fine, this machine comes with pins to the UN clog the filter. You can be a bit of time just by rubbing your thumb across the filter while you drive to save aggressively Watter on them. 4th Noise. Without doubt this is the highest espresso machine I've ever owned. That said, I bought one for my wife Kurieg and it is taller and had more trouble with his first primer. To Kurieg credit, it is no longer with the grind, and cleanup is zero. :) Now for the things that were not mentioned, but if I know where Cuisinart, I'd scream this from the rooftops ... 1st This machine is rock solid temperature at the various pictures I've ever seen anything else come close. 2nd This machine has been integrated pressure relief. It's not perfect, which is probably why not mention it, but also even freaks solenoid Gaggia sometimes. Most everyone else with this double burden of making these machines cost function. It is a great thing. 3rd I've been inside DeLonghis, Gaggia, and others, this is very well built. It also looks great on the outside and has a resolution of water that is easy to use, big enough, and above all, no leaks. 4th The steam pipe that works well. It actually works better than my Gaggia (which was four times the money * * so much), but is different and requires some practice at first. 5th This machine has an automatic shutoff. It's a very nice feature that is often overlooked in the cheaper machines, and is very useful too. 6th Dosing in this thing really works. I had a couple other machines that have claimed that dose, but everyone seemed pretty random, this actually works and works reliably. Before this function, you can live without, consider this: with no-measuring machines, use a glass or some other way of eye-balling when to stop, and then placed in glass for the final mix. But, with determination, you can punch a double blow straight into the Cup finals, and does it well. Every time. How cool is that? Very cool! The only thing I would have done differently: 1 I would like the machine is quieter. 2nd I wish it was a non-pressurized filter basket option. But when you compare it to the positive side, it's an easy solution: Buy this car! Not having to navigate temperature not have clean sticky, with a hot cup of that really works, Autopower, dosage, etc. depending on the price of a used Gaggia? Bodum Pavina 2.5-Ounce Double-Wall Thermo Glasses (Espresso/Shot), Set of 2
The Bodum Pavina Double Wall Shot Glass is 2.5 ounces in size and can be used for cold or warm beverages. Its unique design is appealing to the eye when filled with your favorite beverage. With its double layer of borosilicate glass it appears as though the liquid is 'floating' within the glass. They will not sweat when filled with a cold beverage, so you will not have to use a coaster. The double wall creates a thermal effect, helping to keep your cold drinks cold and your hot drinks hot for longer periods of time. These mouth blown glasses are an exciting product for any home, restaurant, or cafe and they are a definite conversation piece. Bodum’s insulated glassware is made from durable Borosilicate glass. Borosilicate glass is a strong heat-resistant glass traditionally used to make scientific lab glass. Stronger than traditional “soda-lime” glass, borosilicate can be used for everything from drinkware to cookware. Borosilicate glass substitutes boron oxide in place of the soda and lime used in everyday glassware. The boron oxide acts as the glue holding the silicate together. Due to small size of boron particles, the glass is held together tighter, resulting in a stronger, lighter glass. Borosilicate glass doesn’t need to be as thick as traditional glass to be just as strong due to the bonding capability boron oxide. Borosilicate is simply a different type of glass that is resistant to temperature swings and scratching. Because the particles are held together so tightly, borosilicate glass is resistant to temperature swings, In addition to being dishwasher safe borosilicate will not become cloudy over time; you can rest assured that after 1,000 cycles, the glass will be as clear as the day you bought it.

Amazon.com Review At last, a glass that won't burn or freeze your hand. Two walls of clear glass with an air layer in-between not only keep drinks cold--or hot--but prevent condensation from forming on the outside. So, an ice-cold shot of vodka or a steamy espresso feels just right, no matter the temperature. And coasters won't be needed, either. Winner of the prestigious European iF Design Award, the mouth-blown Pavina glass exhibits Bodum's flair for the modern. Each two-ounce glass curves beguilingly and fits the palm just right. Mouth-blown of borosilicate glass, which is quite a bit thinner yet much more durable than regular glass, the two Pavina glasses in this set are safe for both the microwave and dishwasher, resist temperature swings, and resist scratching and dulling. Care should be taken when placing ice cubes in an empty glass, and metal spoons for stirring are discouraged. --Ann Bieri Editor's Note: Because each glass is mouth-blown, each one may have slight differences in height, thickness, and weight. Bodum recommends using care when placing ice into the glass to avoid fracturing the inner layer. You should also avoid using metal spoons or placing the glass into a crowded dishwasher.

In addition, it is nice not to have coasters (especially if you have men or children at home). The 9 oz cup is less than 4 inches in height, which fit perfectly into the filler neck of my super-automatic espresso machine Saeco (which I also love). My husband and I had four of these cuts of more than 6 months and not one of them is broken. I say this because the 9 oz cups seem to be much more robust than the 21 oz PAVINA glasses of iced tea. We broke one of the 21 oz cups with the ice cube that has come before in the cup. We broke two in the first two weeks. Bottom line, I can not recommend 21 ounces PAVINA However, the 9 oz PAVINA glasses are very sturdy, survived six months of daily use, with less than gracious owners I think you will be very satisfied with your purchase of PAVINA 9 oz cups. UPDATE: July 18, 2006 All four PAVINA 9 oz mugs are still intact, even with frequent use. I still recommend this product. 101 of 103 people found the following review helpful. Because it is not a cold is almost one of everything. For Takase No picture can do justice to the glasses. They have nothing in common with the aesthetics of a double wall cup I've ever seen - elegant, minimalist, super bright and light as a feather. They really keep the material cold (or hot, as the case may be). They are even dishwasher. But they are very vulnerable. I accidentally hit the edge of a spoon, and within half hour, the small crack to spread, and the glass was in fragments. But if you are careful with them and keep them from children, animals, and it seems to me, they will serve you well 78-80 customers this review helpful. nice glass, but it's seriously high maintenance costs by GBJ We bought 4 drinks for Christmas. They keep liquids hot or cold. They are pleasant to look, and we do not have one party a month later, it is not chipped or cracked. After the first glass cracked efforts we have made to be foolish, as delicate as possible with the other third I want to wash by hand, care being taken to hit anything and let it air dry. The next time we went to the use of glass, it would have a jump. We are are still scratching heads as to why the cracks happened and what could we do differently to prevent it. They are just too fragile, and is more than $ 70 directly to the trash. See all 649 customer reviews ....

A separate steam function and stainless steel nozzle make it easy to froth milk for cappuccinos and smooth lattes. With a removable drip tray and cover, and a filter holder with a locking mechanism clean up is quick and easy. The Quest for a Perfect Espresso It is generally agreed that there are four basic elements critical to the perfect cup: Element 1: WATER When brewing espresso, make sure the water flows through the filter at the correct pace. The water flow can be adjusted by varying the pressure with which the coffee is taped in the filter or by altering the grind of coffee. If the speed of the water is slow the coffee will be over extracted and will be very dark and bitter, with a spotted and uneven creme (froth) on the top. If the speed of the water flow is too fast, the coffee will be under-extracted and the supreme flavor will not develop. The coffee will be diluted and there will be an inadequate amount of crème on the top. Element 2: COFFEE While the bulk of the liquid is water, all of the flavor should be from the coffee. To achieve the same great quality of coffee you receive at a cafe, you need to use the same quality beans. If you choose to grind your own beans, buy the beans fresh and whole, only about a two week supply at a time for maximum freshness. Once the coffee bean is broken, its flavor degrades very quickly. If it is not practical to buy smaller supplies, we recommend you separate larger amounts of beans and store them in airtight containers in a cool, dry area. They should not be kept for longer than 1 month as flavor will diminish. Do not refrigerate or freeze coffee beans. Element 3: GRIND The grind of the coffee is critical for proper flavor extraction. If using a pre-ground coffee, be sure to purchase an espresso grind that is specifically for espresso/cappuccino machines. If the grind is too fine, over extraction and bitterness will occur with a spotted and uneven crema on top. If the grind is too coarse, the water will pass through too rapidly and there will be an inadequate amount of crema on the top of the espresso. Element 4: TAMPING THE COFFEE GROUNDS If you choose to use ground espresso instead of pods, tamping the coffee is a very important part of the coffee making process. Use the scoop supplied to fill the filter basket, then using the tamping tool, tamp down the grounds with moderate pressure. Add more coffee and tamp again if necessary to bring coffee to level. Do not overfill the filter basket. The ground coffee should be tamped with moderate pressure. If the coffee is not tamped securely, there is a chance the water will flow through the coffee to rapidly and the coffee will be under-extracted. Note: if the coffee is tamped too firmly, the water will flow through the coffee too slowly and the coffee will be over-extracted. The combination coffee scoop/tamping tool. Features and Benefits Cup warming plate. Multi-function knob. Water reservoir lid Removable 53-ounce water reservoir Large cup warming plate 15-bar pump Heating light: Will illuminate indicating that espresso machine is adjusting the temperature of the heating system. Portafilter holder: Can be used with ground or pod espresso. Has two positions, lock and unlock, for ease of cleaning. Brew head: For easy fit of the portafilter holder. Commercial steam wand: Use to steam milk for cappuccinos and lattes. Removable drip tray: Removable drip tray with grate. Stainless frothing pitcher: Used for steaming milk for cappuccinos and lattes. Measuring scoop/tamping tool: Use one side as a coffee scoop and the other to compact the coffee grounds in the filter basket prior to brewing. Filter baskets: Use the one cup filter for a single espresso and the two cup filter basket for the double espresso, and the pod filter basket for espresso pods. Guide to the Perfect Espresso You may want to preheat the cups by filling them with hot water; this will help preserve the crema of the espresso. Set the cups aside. Select the appropriate filter basket and insert it in the portafilter handle. Using the measuring scoop place finely ground coffee in the filter basket holder. Use one scoop for one cup and two scoops for two cups, or place espresso pod into filter basket holder. Rest the portafilter handle with the filter basket in position on the countertop. Using the tamping tool, apply moderate packing pressure. Add more coffee and tamp again if necessary to bring coffee to level. Brush any excess grounds form around the edge of the filter basket. Secure the portafilter holder onto the brew head. Check to see if the espresso machine is ready for use. Remember that if the heating light is on, the espresso machine is still adjusting the temperature of the heating system. Turn the function knob clockwise to the picture of the cup espresso setting to start the pour and turn it back to the off position to stop. Check the espresso pour and serve immediately. Milk steaming wand. Guide to Milk Texturing Milk texturing is the steaming of milk. The steam does two things: it heats the milk and mixes air with the milk to form a creamy texture. As with learning to make an espresso, perfecting the art of milk texturing takes time and practice. Easy to follow steps are outlined in the Instruction Booklet. Using the Hot Water Function When using the hot water function make sure that the steam/hot water knob is in the double drip hot water setting. Place the cup or container under the steam/hot water nozzle and turn the function knob to the steam/hot water setting. Once you have dispensed the required amount, stop the hot water by turning the function knob to the off position. Remove the cup or container and swing the steam/hot water wand over the drip tray to catch any drips of water.

I think it is of exceptional quality for the price. Positives: # 1 Well built (actually very heavy) # 2 easy to use, they offer a single or double shot is made - also comes with a pod filter, but I've never used water tank No. 3 has allowed large I do 4 or 5 coffee and steam milk # 4 also comes with a DVD that teaches how to use it (much easier than reading the book) - this is especially if you are again making their own helpeful easy to drink Clean # 5 # 6 has a warming plate on top (good if you need to do more than one glass of a double dose to two cups of espresso shot # 7 has a good taste (but I think this has much to do with the quality coffee used) The machine does produce a good amount of cream for the price you pay foam picture # 8 stainless steel is the right size for a coffee or two cappuccinos # 9 15 bar pump allows more than enough pressure and a great tasting No.. 10 has a feature that allows you to get the good old hot water when someone is not interested in the coffee can and do tea / cocoa / what negative things: # 1 of the steam wand is too long - you kind of have to tilt kettle nozzle - which is fine as long as you know, you can use less milk, or you can take your machine to the nozzle on a non-space countered nozzle has a good range of motion can be used, then this helps to counteract . No. 2 is the distance between the filter holder (where the coffee comes from), and the tray is not very big - I've found that I brew with a small cup and then throw it in a big cup when I go for a latte and want to fit in a reasonable amount of milk foam. No. 3 must be very careful not overtamp your property, or you end up with coffee anywhere - had anticipated this machine is a little pickier than I (and more discerning than the really inexpensive machine that it replaces). But with that said, the taste 100x better. You can get the rope over too long as closely monitor and ensure that the water comes out of the porta filter at a decent pace on of Tampa is almost nothing drops. After a while, decide how much is too much. # 4 - my biggest complaint, and this is very dangerous - not a good way to know that the pressure is released - which means that when coffee is done and you're ready to clean the coffee must be very, very careful, or you will blow the hot coffee grinds everything about you and your kitchen. Severe burns are a couple of times. It can not be a problem if you are familiar with espresso machines (which was not the first time I bought it) or if you learn to always be super careful. 82 of 84 people found this review helpful. Easy, Yummy design, good for spirulina We had a Krups combo coffee / espresso machine and coffee after the accident several times, I gave up and got the Cuisinart. So far good! It seems like it previously only basic espresso machines and extremely expensive on the market, but something in between, but come Cuisinart coffee connoisseur on a budget by making great espresso and much more. One of my frustrations with our previous model was the "perfect froth" tip, which was disastrous to say the least. I just need a basic steamer and I can take it from there, and the Cuisinart fits the bill - it is steamed and frothed my milk easily and quickly. Just be sure to use less milk than you might think, because the volume will double in no time. I will probably move to a bigger pot than the one that comes with the Cuisinart, though it's going fine. A few tips to start: the instructions say that global warming will be alleviated immediately, but it did nothing for me until I switched.

Great performance for the price of Kevin T. desperate to find decent in the Midwest Quinn never expressed, I finally broke and I decided to have an espresso machine at home. I worked as a barrista, and he sipped espresso in Italy, so I had an idea of how it should taste. Being relatively poor, I wanted a machine that would deliver a decent espresso at a decent price. Although I was willing to consider a system with proprietary coffee pods (K-Cups, Tassimo, etc.) which should be cheap enough that I would not mind shelling out of dollars more for the same coffee. And I also wanted to make sure that it was pump-driven, not steam. After checking reviews and looking around, I finally settled on DELONGHI BAR32. This is a pump-drive maker, not steam powered, so there's no motivation like warm tea. It comes with a single and a double espresso filter. The DeLonghi espresso using ground or ES.E. pods. The ESE pods are not owners - any company can do. The DeLonghi comes with a package of Illy pods 18 (retail - $ 12). The pods are convenient, but expensive. I had the espresso machine for several days, and I'm happy with him so far. The pods, it takes a good espresso with a simple cream well. Sugar floats above the foam for about 2-3 seconds and has a beautiful golden color. The espresso flavor is very sweet. Making a good espresso or coffee pods with single or bulk, it is quite easy. Use the terminals as a good judge of how busy the grounds in the filter. Use a level slightly packed scoop of coffee for one shot. Make a good double, however, still eludes me. The best I found is to use 2 balls, 3 / 4 full and slightly packed and pressed for a loser. Yet, he still dribbles slowly, with a less-than-satisfying crema (though present) The vaporizer works very well. I have several excellent cappuccinos and lattes with him. It's a little tight to use, so I pull the edge of my desk so I can get in a cup. I steam straight into the cup of the milk and add coffee. Be sure to blow some steam through the steam cleaning before in their milk. Start with the nozzle is almost submerged in the milk, then slowly remove it (under the heading) until you hear a soft "drink" sound. This means that the foam. If you see bubbles appear on top of milk, it means that you pulled too far - dip it back slowly and you should be able to whip the air bubbles in the foam. Once the foam is just below the level desired, dip the back wall into the heating milk to finish. Listen again - once the milk begins to sound "hollow" is almost warm enough. Let him go for a few seconds, then turn off the steam and remove the drip cup of the stick a little, then put on the drip tray or an empty cup. Make espresso is quite simple. Turn the unit to begin to "Heat", water and heat pump technology primer. Make sure the filter holder is screwed into the machine. After the "hot" lights, run a cycle with no coffee in the cup you use - pulling in an espresso cup cold spoil the taste. Fill the cup halfway with warm water, and send the device to "Heat". Drain and dry quickly, the espresso cup. Place the ESE pods or ground coffee into the filter (pack of coffee in bulk) and turn it into the machine. Turn the unit on and wait until you have your cup of espresso. A single espresso should be 30-40ml or 1 to 1.5 ounces I used a measuring cup to see what looked like my mocha. Looking back on what I wrote, I think, I know it looks a little complicated. And it is a bit more complicated than removing the K-cup in the machine and press "Go" but it's really very simple, and less than 5.

Excellent machine and worth the viewfinder after the purchase and return of a good espresso machine that Mr. Steam produced anything close to an authentic espresso, I decided to get serious to find a solid machine "entry level" expression. I had an exhaustive (ie ridiculous) amount of research, reading reviews in a myriad of sites, comparing prices, talking with friends who consider themselves "experts expressed", etc. What I found first that you will never For the 100% consensus on a given machine. Secondly, you must establish your price range. It seems that with espresso machines, the more you are willing to pay, the more you get, both in the specification, design, durability or performance. For me, despite my friend raving about its new $ 700 "which does everything except read the newspaper to you" car, as a first time buyer home machine I first wanted to limit my consumption. So I set a maximum budget of $ 250 and I learned all the options are not the reasons that I have bought other cars and it is possible that many chose not to buy would be perfectly fine. What I want to tell you is that so far, about 3 months and 100 + espresso later, I am extremely happy with my DeLonghi EC702. The key is that it produces a foam with a rich flavor perfectly. The steam, but not well designed, works well and can do excellent Lattes. I think it's important to add that, like any machine, it takes some practice to produce the perfect espresso. There are so many human variables that come into play - how long to leave the pump running, a good warm-up time, type of coffee, the grind, as it compact / tamp the coffee, etc. - it 's no two persons will get the same results. However, the performance of this machine has been flawless. I have not experienced any losses or problems. I have carefully followed the instructions from first use, it was cleaned and it has rewarded me with a big head every day, some other good - very good space between the bottom of the filter holder and the base. I have a nice size mug cappuccino (espresso cups to standard care) and it fits perfectly. Apparently this is a problem with a number of other machines. - Two large filters - a few photos and a double shot of espresso. - Filter also use the ESE pod system as you. I do not ski. - Large, easy to remove and clean water container. - It looks good. All white, mostly metal. Have not you one of the cheap looking black plastic. - Warming tray on top really works. My cups and filters at the top and they are warm after about 15 minutes, which is the recommended heating time. And BTW - this is not a problem. I get up, go in the kitchen, turn it on. When I get back into the kitchen after the kids go to, it is ready Those people who, because they wait a few minutes need to have to rethink their dependence on coffee to sue. - Point Grand Prix. Less than 200 €. A few notes: - Yes, it's a little loud for 15 seconds, it produces coffee - but there is a pumping machine, you must have. My children walk in the morning to make more noise than the machine. - Your first taste 5-6 cups of battery acid is. I've experienced this was recommended by a friend. All new machines must be broken to remove the metallic taste. So if you get it after you do the instructions and running water through it a few times, then more, disposable coffee cups as well. I have a cheaper coffee, instead of wasting my stuff well. Let the coffee flavor to penetrate the filter properly prepare the machine. - It must be cleaned at appropriate intervals. The machine even comes with a bottle of water softener. - Buy an external tamper that will make it much easier for you, helps you be consistent in its compaction and maintain the cleanliness of the machine. I bought $ 8.

Here are some points that may be useful for you to know: Advantages: * It does not take too much disk space and looks nice with its silver metallic accents. * The water tank is a good size, you can do about 8-10 shots before needing to recharge, which is very easy to do and there is a section behind the curve, clearly showing the water level. * Quick warm-up (only about a minute), good foam wand, no waiting between foam and beer (but there is no reason to wait a little 'foam of beer). NOTE: * Frothing Wand is only 3 1 / 4 inch from the top of the counter. It's not a big deal, I just went to buy a cup of foam that is around this height. * Distance from the basket because of the tray is only 2 1 / 2 inches, I usually use a cup of espresso. Built-in tamper nonsense, buy a good metal * You do not have to end with a nice hard, dry soils basket is a watery soup after the coffee is ready, then I dump it at the disposal. * You'll end up drinking more coffee than you mean, it's so good! Seriously, I chose this machine after much research online and decided on this one based on their current reviews, and a good price. What led me to this were the comments from another DeLonghi, the EC140B, which is an older model and less attractive, but views of persons who had their home for 6 and 10! I hope this will be the same life. -----> UPDATE: I have this machine for 8 months and started running very slow. I was using only distilled water, so I knew it was not a problem of calcification, then I looked at him and he gets from machines such as this (no backwashing) should be cleaned every month or so to build their motives way of working remove the machine. So I ran a cleaner through it and all the villains of this brown liquid is released, and now runs much more! Process of elimination by OhioGardener First, a couple of exceptions: 1. This is the first pump espresso machine that we focused possessed. 2. Usually drink coffee, which is an espresso with a little 'added hot water (or ice cold water with American). We occasionally a cappuccino and then used the steam wand, but not much. After a cost / benefit analysis in relation to our current models of American coffee (~ 10 per week), we realized that there would be some justification for the purchase of a residential unit. We first the Breville Cafe Roma Stainless ESP8XL espresso machine considered, but reviewers consistently deplored the device tends to clog the filter, which time-consuming cleaning and, not entirely sure that we are in fact the espresso machine to use, we prevented the $ 250 price tag. We also found that moving to one of the superautomatico machines that grind, tamp, brew and sell the mill, but we are concerned about the reliability of the technology only recently hit the consumer quality equipment. After reading countless reviews, we realized that every mid-priced machine, a number of obvious errors had, and eventually we decided to take a cheap pump driven by the drive to buy and wait for the technology to catch up before you invest a great deal of change in an espresso machine. For our study of low-end espresso machines, we were impressed with the reviews for the DELONGHI EC155 and bought it from Amazon. I put the writing a check to ensure that the DeLonghi lasted until we at least reach break even after we received it in mid-July and has since produced about 200
