With or w / o caffeine (pregnancy, etc.) I love the flavor and aroma of the coffee I brewed with this machine was great. I loved it, loved it, loved it. The machine was easy to use and looked pretty darn cool sitting on my counter. The only problem I have is that the espresso side seems to have some encouragement. The buttons should be treated with some effort to get the drip coffee to start (even after 10 minutes at a party full of coffee drinkers headquarters). I thought it was just b / c my machine was so new, but has done since first use. Yet it is not so difficult, and the coffee is oh-so-tasty! 29 of 31 people found the following review helpful. We love this machine for JT Kooiker We love this machine. We have little space and have both a coffee and a cappuccino machine in this room, we had no problem mentioning the other. But we have the black plastic handle of the nozzle and have made a big difference. With him we have the bubbles. Now we get great foam. Arbenz My wife does not drink coffee, so it's fair to say, "I" was the XP 1500 as a wedding gift. Like others, the second time I have coffee, espresso-grip on the grounds of the holder of the normal pressure to turn it to crack. Customer service assured me they could not do anything if I do not get. It was two years ago and the machine was a completely new product, so there should have been talking about the age of the machine for warranty purposes, but I had no receipt as it is a wedding gift, they would not even pay the shipping for a new owner. In short, they would not move, and if I wanted a new website owner, I'd have to do to pay the full cost. I considered it very closely over the last few years to make it not that difficult. Today it broke on useless. To be fair, I've tried to make espresso and cappuccino often, but I've never been able to come to a really good cup of this machine. Other problems: The nozzle is too low. You have to angle the milk cup too much, to be useful. A half cup of cold milk into a full count of milk foam, when it's done. It is better for all products research and the one made with better materials, better Reveiws for the quality of the resulting coffee and go with a company that better customer support is one reason that "customers who bought this product also bought must choose. ..
